You must own at least one Grand Prairie Sportsman's Development Corporation (GPSDC) share in order to be a member of the Grand Prairie Gun Club. The GPSDC is the entity that owns the gun club property. New shares are no longer available. You may arrange to purchase an existing share from a member that is no longer active in the club for whatever price you can negotiate. These shares require a $50 transfer fee, payable to GPSDC. The transfer form is located on the back of the share certificate. A GPSDC Lost Share Affidavit may be used if the original certificate cannot be located.
A GPGC Membership Application and dues/fees must be submitted to the GPGC Board of Directors for approval at the next Board of Directors meeting. The application must be endorsed by two current members who you know or have met at the club.
Annual dues are $130 for membership that begins on July 1. Dues are only pro-rated for the first year of membership. Pro-rated membership dues and fees are listed on the second page of the application form and in the following table:
Use the amount listed for the month of the Board of Directors meeting when the membership will be approved. Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month. Please submit separate checks for GPSDC share transfers and GPGC dues. You must have the basic version of Adobe Acrobat version 5.0 or greater installed to view PDF files.
